Programme

from the 10th November the troop will be split into Dark Blue troop (DB) & Light Blue Troop (LB)

Light Blue – Buffalo, Cobra & Hawk

Dark Blue – Owl, Kestrel & Lion

All other dates will be a joint activity (DB & LB)

Cooking Challenge

This evening the scouts bought their own food as a patrol, cooked the food and ate the food all in just over an hour!!!! No excuse for camp now Scouts!!

Hag Dyke October 2017

Great weekend at Hag Dyke with the scouts demonstrating their map reading skills during Saturday’s hike. They also completed a series of fun team building challenges working within their patrols – a blind folded water carry, lead mine weigh in, and hypothermia simulation!

The scouts particularly enjoyed the sneaking wide game on Saturday night! Then on Sunday, Lyra and Nathan, two of our patrol leaders, prepared and then held an excellent  “scouts own” service in the highest chapel in England.

The next Hag Dyke weekend will be held on 12th – 14th January 2018.
